We ship all the orders via UPS, every non-holiday Tuesday (or the next business day if the Tuesday is a holiday) at midnight Pacific Time (that’s 3:00 AM Eastern Standard Time).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
If the payment of your order had been confirmed after the cutoff-no worries! It will be on its way the following week.
Our main nursery is conveniently located in the U.S., so you can expect your clones to reach you within 1 to 2 days after shipping. If you're in a more rural area, it might take a little longer-around 2 days.
While we always strive for timely deliveries, factors like extreme weather or customs can occasionally affect shipping. We stay in close contact with our carriers to keep things moving smoothly.
But you can rest assured! Our clones come well-rooted and hardened off, ready to thrive in your care. We’ve performed “stress tests” showing that our clones can comfortably travel in their box for 4 days without a hitch.
If your clones arrive with any issues (dead, broken stems), just send us pictures and your order ID within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll replace them.
Please note, we don’t ship to PO Box addresses. We recommend being present for delivery to ensure your clones aren’t left in their boxes for too long; they thrive when given prompt care.
Returned orders: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect / incomplete address, or if no one is available during the delivery attempt, a $39 fee will apply to cover shipping costs.*
*The fee will be covered by the customer whether it comes to reshipping the order or requesting a refund.
