Quick Reminder: While we stand behind the quality of our clones, please understand that replacements can’t be provided under these circumstances:
- If over 24 hours have passed since delivery, as plants need to be checked promptly to ensure their well-being.
- Once you’ve transferred the clones to their growing medium. After transplanting, the health of your clones depends on the specific care you provide, including watering, nutrients, and environmental conditions, which are in your hands.
Returned orders: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect / incomplete address, or if no one is available during the delivery attempt, a $39 fee will apply to cover shipping costs.*
*The fee will be covered by the customer whether it comes to reshipping the order or requesting a refund.
