To process your request, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Contact details: name and email address
- Supporting images and videos of the germination process
- The exact quantity of non-germinated seeds and the specific strains they belong to
Our team will review your submission and get back to you by the next business day.
Terms & Conditions:
- Our guarantee is valid only for seeds purchased directly from blimburnseeds.com. For seeds bought from other retailers, please reach out to them for resolution.
- Guarantee starts the day after shipment and will be valid for the next 90 days.
- We accept one claim per order. If you decide to germinate your seeds at different times, the guarantee will only cover the seeds included in your first claim, not those germinated later.
- To qualify for the Germination Guarantee, please make sure to follow our Germination Guidelines.
- Replacement seeds are available only if you've purchased packs of 3, 6, 9, 25, 50 or 100 seeds and at least 3 seeds from your order haven't germinated.
- If you purchased individual seed packs or if fewer than 3 seeds from your order failed to germinate, you'll receive a coupon for free seeds to use on your next purchase.
- The guarantee covers only non-germinated seeds and ends once roots have developed. Seeing germination and root growth is the sign that your seeds are alive and thriving.
