- Order ID
- Name of the item you received
- Photos of the incorrect item
- Your address, so we can provide you with a return label
Our team will take a look at your situation and will get back to you by the next business day.
Please remember, any issues related to clothing orders need to be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Return Guidelines:
- We’ll send you a return label.
- The incorrect item should be sent back in its original packaging.
- Pack the item you wish to return in a suitable bag or box—ideally, the one your order arrived in.
