We’ll gladly issue refunds if the items are in resellable condition—think undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn, with all labels and price tags attached.
Exchanging an item? If you want to swap for a different color or size, you’ll just need to cover the $9.99 shipping and handling fee.
To kick off your return, just send us an email at support@blimburnseeds.com with these details:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Your email address
- Payment account details for your refund, or the color/size for your exchange
- Clear photos showing the item is in resellable condition
- Your address for the return label
Return Instructions:
- We’ll send you a return label!
- Make sure all items are in their original inner packaging.
- Pack the item(s) you’re sending back in a suitable bag or box—preferably the one you received them in.
- Once we receive and check your returned items, we’ll email you to let you know whether your refund or replacement is approved or not.
Refund Terms and Conditions:
- If the return isn’t due to a Blimburn error, the $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase. For payments via Wire Transfer, ACH, or other methods, please provide the required info to complete your refund.
- Please note, transaction fees from the original payment are non-refundable.
- Some payment methods may incur an additional fee for the refund transaction, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
