Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. Any order related issue (like defective, wrong or missing items) MUST be reported within 15 days of receiving your order.

To Return Your Order, We’ll Need:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo of the item in their original, unopened packaging and in the condition you received them.
- A brief reason for the return.
- Your email address.
- Details about the payment method you’d like us to use for the refund.

Terms and Conditions:
- We do not accept exchanges due to customer error.
- Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused in its original, unopened packaging and undamaged in any way, just as it was when it arrived.
- Please note that payment transaction fees aren’t covered by Blimburn.
- Shipping costs: Are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If we initially covered shipping costs and you end up returning your order, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to account for handling and shipping.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
- Your refund will go through using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid via wire transfer or another method, just share the needed details for us to process your refund.
