At Blimburn Seeds, we guarantee deliveries to the USA, Canada, the European Union, and the UK. If your order doesn’t arrive, we’ll happily resend it for you.
*Remote areas outside these countries territories aren’t included in our delivery guarantee. However, we can offer you a reshipment guarantee as an alternative.
For Other Countries:
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a delivery guarantee for countries outside our listed regions above due to local regulations. But don’t worry, our reshipment guarantee can still be applied.
Haven’t received your order yet? Simply check the shipment status of the parcel. If the status shows:
- In transit: Please check that the delivery deadline has passed. Remember, all our orders (except those from Us and Canada) ship from Spain.
- Delivered: Once the carrier updates your order status to "Delivered," our delivery guarantee concludes. Please keep in mind that Blimburn Seeds isn’t responsible for any loss or theft of packages after delivery. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend being available to receive your package or using a secure mailbox.
- Returned: If your order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect / incomplete address, or if no one is available during the delivery attempt, a $15 fee will apply to cover shipping costs.
