(*) Please note that this policy applies only to countries not covered by our delivery guarantee. For our customers in the USA, Canada, the European Union, and the UK, we have specific policies in place to ensure your orders arrive reliably.
Shipment Certification:
Once we receive your payment, we’ll certify your shipment within 24 to 48 business hours. You can count on us to process and dispatch your order promptly to the address you provided.
Reshipment Guarantee:
If you've opted for our Reshipment Guarantee and your initial shipment doesn’t arrive, we’re here to help! We offer a one-time replacement at just 25% of your original order amount, giving you a fair chance to receive your products.
Please remember that this guarantee only covers the cost of the replacement of the items and shipment. Customers are responsible for any additional charges, such as transactional fees. Customs processes can vary, and we cannot be accountable for delays or issues arising from those regulations as they are beyond our control.
Submitting a Reshipment Request:
If you’ve paid the $15 fee for the Reshipment Guarantee and your order hasn’t arrived on time, please reach out to our customer support team. They will be glad to assist you with the reshipment process. To speed up the resolution, include your original order number and any details about the non-delivery.
Conditions and Limitations
For a smooth reshipment experience, keep these conditions in mind:

The Reshipment Guarantee is only available to customers who paid the $15 fee at the time of purchase. If you didn’t opt for this guarantee, it won’t apply.

The guarantee permits a one-time replacement shipment at 25% of the original order amount. Subsequent reshipments or refunds aren’t included.

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information to avoid delays. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we can’t be held responsible.

Customs regulations and procedures vary by country and can occasionally result in delays or the retention of packages. Blimburn cannot be held liable for any delays or customs-related issues.
- Please note that once the mail carrier updates the shipment status to "Delivered" our reshipment guarantee ends. Blimburn Seeds cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of the package after its delivery. To protect your package, we recommend being available to receive it or having a secure mailbox.
Returned orders
If an order is returned due to incorrect address details or if no one is available to receive the package, a $15 fee will apply to cover the shipping costs for resending.
Reshipment Guarantee Purchasing Process
To take advantage of our Reshipment Guarantee, make sure to select this option at checkout, which is available as long as your shipping country is not part of our delivery guarantee:
