Canceling an order can only be done if it hasn't shipped yet. Here’s how to do it:
-Already Paid? If you’ve already completed your payment, shoot us an email at support@blimburnseeds.com with your Order ID. We’ll check the current status of your order for you.
- If It’s Shipped: You'll need to return the order to our warehouse to receive the refund. Just keep in mind that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
- If It’s Not Shipped: We’ll happily cancel your order and issue a refund right away!
-Not Paid Yet? If you want to cancel an order that’s not paid, follow these steps to avoid any payment reminders:
- Head to the Blimburn Seeds website and log in with your account details.
- Go to the “Orders” section, find the order you want to cancel, and click "Cancel."
- Once you see the confirmation message, your order is successfully canceled!
