When your order includes multiple strains, all seeds are packed together in a Blimburn black protective bag, with each strain individually sealed, clearly labeled, and secured in its own colored bag and an ampoule.
If you notice that a seed is missing, no need to worry - we’ll send you a replacement right away! Just open the black container to verify that your order is complete.
If your order includes multiple packs of the same strain, including free packs, all seeds are packaged together in a single bag or ampoule. This helps reduce waste and supports our commitment to more sustainable packaging.
If you would like to request a refund, please do not open the colored bags and follow the return procedure.
