- Your parcel is en route to you, but it may not have been scanned by the post office yet. Please give it a few days for your local postal service to update the information after receiving your tracking number.
- Your parcel might be at customs, undergoing clearance. During this time, the postal system may not provide updates until customs completes their inspections. Unfortunately, we can't predict how long this process may take, as it’s managed by customs in your country and customs regulations by country
